Board Certified Endocrinologist, Dr. Prem Sahasranam founded the solo practice, Central Valley Endocrinology in 2007. Central Valley Endocrinology is located in Hanford/Visalia, CA.  Dr. Prem Sahasranam also is the Founder and Medical Director at  My Diabetes Tutor. My Diabetes Tutor is the first AADE accredited telehealth program in California for Diabetes Education. The program is growing since went live in July 2020.  Central Valley Endocrinology is a large size solo practice and has consulted over 14,000 patients since it was started in 2007.

Our lead Educator, Ms. Carolyn Salinas is retiring as of March 31st, 2021, and we are looking for someone to take up the position. Carolyn has worked as the CDE for Central Valley Endocrinology since 2007 and is also the Quality Coordinator for My Diabetes Tutor. The practice and the program have a long term vision and potential for continued growth.
