Work within a Nurse-Physician based Outpatient Care Practice Model.
Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with the management of a caseload of outpatient Endocrine/PituitaryTumor and Related Disordersoncology patients.
Perform outpatient assessment and offer patient education.
Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up.
New York State RN license
1.5 years of related experience required
Certified Diabetic Educator (CDE)
1.5 2 years of oncology experience strongly preferred
Endocrine/PituitaryTumor and Related Disordersexperience stronglypreferred
Ambulatory care experience preferred
Hours : Full time, 4 x 10 hour shifts flexed Monday-Friday
