M Health Fairview is looking for an Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury, MN and is currently offering a $10,500 sign on bonus. This position is 56 hours per two weeks ,8 hour shifts on the Evening shift (3pm - 11:30pm) with an every other weekend rotation, variable schedule and a holiday rotation.

Usually 7-14 patients a day, however we are going to be increasing these numbers

Throughout this process, also understands and incorporates holistic nursing theory based on Watson's Theory of Caring aligning with the practice standards of the American Holistic Nurses' Association whenever holistic therapy is offered.
Communicates effectively with patient/family, physicians, the interdependent team, and other disciplines regarding the plan of care.
Assesses and documents learning needs of the patient and family. Develops an individualized education plan for patients and families based on identified needs.

Associates Degree in Nursing
Valid Basic Life Support(BLS)
Valid RN Licensure from MN Board of Nursing
One year Acute Care RN experience
RN Critical Care experience
Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from American Heart Association
