Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-time clinician for the Out-patient Behavioral Health unit to work 8:30-4:30 at Morristwon Medical Center.Ability to work partial schedule from home available.Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Conducting one time clinical and risk assessments of adults referred by community partner as well as assessments for adult patients with both medical and behavioral health issuesComplete evidence based screening tools, conduct individual and family sessions, therapeutic process groups for patients with similar medical concerns such as post partum, diabetes and/or geriatric populationDevelopment of individualized treatment plans ability to complete all documentation requirements as per
