ChristianaCare is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care Practice located in Middletown, DE as part of the Middletown CareCenter. This is a great opportunity to be able to manage your own patient panel while also working in a Teamlet model. This is a full-time position which requires the NP/PA to be able to work in the office and remote. The selected candidate must be able to provide evening and Saturday availability in rotation with other staff as well as rotating weekly on call service.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Identifies each patient prior to administering medications and providing care and treatment.Performs technical skills and ad
