SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Provides education and assistance for patients who have diabetes. Educate diabetes patients who are admitted to the hospital and preparing them to self-manage their diabetes once they are discharged from the hospital.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Two (2) years nursing experience

Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by the State of employment
