Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse, Clinical Supervisor with RN management experience to provide leadership, guidance, and supervision of the clinical staff.The Registered Nurse in this role would oversee Metabolic Medicine at Morristown, the Diabetes & Endocrine Institute, and Nephrology at Morristown.Responsibilities Essential Functions:Partners with Practice Manager to oversee operations and personnel of the centerResponsible for the clinical day to day operations of the center- patient satisfaction, scheduling, budgets, staffing, etc.Provides oversight over and manages clinical projectsPersonnel management: Manages the clinical staff to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
