Manager Nursing Professional Development
JOB SUMMARYThe Manager, Nursing Professional Development, is accountable for developing, coordinating and evaluating Hospital-wide education programs for Nursing and other professionals. Works within Association Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) Scope and Standards in the development of educational strategies aligned with current practice trends, quality initiatives, and regulatory requirements. Heads education, research, and performance improvement activities to drive improved patient, staff and organizational outcome. Partners with Human Resources and other hospital departments to ensure onboarding, competencies and continuing education is updated to reflect current evidence and trends.
