NORTON COMMUNITY MEDICAL ASSOCIATES – ENDOCRINOLOGY, a part of Norton Healthcare, is seeking a board-certified/board eligible endocrinologist to join our team of physicians and staff providing a broad range of endocrinology services. The practice sees patients for diabetes care and general endocrine services, including thyroid and hormone replacement therapy, at three locations in Louisville, Kentucky, and one in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The candidate will join a team of 13 physicians and advanced practice providers, with access to five certified diabetes educators and an endocrinology nurse navigator. Norton Community Medical Associates – Endocrinology conducts more than 35,000 patient visits per year and is seeing consistent increase due to demand, practice growth and development of a diabetes program. The practice is part of a large referring network of more than 1,800 employed medical providers, including more than 500 adult primary care practitioners.
