Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our practice located at FPN Family Medicine West Lafayette in West Lafayette, IN. Physician will join a collegial group with continuous growth. We provide a team-oriented, family-like culture that empowers you to focus on your passion for patient care. WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Clinic hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Flexible, full-time schedule
• Average outpatient volume: 18 - 24 patients per day
• Weekday Call: Physicians take own call
• Weekend Call: 1:4
• Holiday Call: 1:4
• Common Diagnoses:
  • Child and adult wellness visits
  • Chronic Back pain
  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • Heart failure
• On-site equipment
  • EKG
  • Lab onsite

Qualifications:

• Doctorate Required
• Physician License (DR/DO) - Upon Hire Required - and -
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
