The St. Luke's Ambulatory Pharmacy Department includes pharmacists embedded in clinics across the health care system within the following specialties: internal medicine, family medicine, endocrinology, anticoagulation, heart failure, lipidology, cystic fibrosis, and children's specialties. This ambulatory care pharmacist position will be dedicated to several primary care clinics that currently do not have access to ambulatory care pharmacy.
