We've also developed a career path framework for CNAs that clarifies paths to move, develop and advance CNA careers into nursing and other roles. The CNA provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. 3 twelve hour shifts per week.  Requirement of 4 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule period.  Required holiday rotation (1 summer/1 winter).  Shift is variable to support needs of unit so may work days and nights depending on need. What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:* Six months previous CNA experience preferred.* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English* Basic computer skills* Previous customer service experience preferred* High School diploma or GED required within one year of hire* Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program preferred* State registered CNA license required* BLS from the American Heart Association required* Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred. CPI training required if sitting with M-1 holdsPhysical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
