Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: Directs the Comprehensive Diabetic Foot Ulcer and Peripheral Vascular Disease operations, developes strategy and promotion of the program.  Participates in scheduling appointments in collaboration with the physican offices. Coordinates the verifies patient knowledge base prior to assessment and assists patient through entire process.    Ensures follow up consultation with specialists and provides education and support as needed.  Serves as a clinical expert and leadership consultant to nursing, members of South Texas Health System (STHS) and the larger community.  Participates in development and maintenance of the program statistical database.  Works with phyicians to address id
