Job DescriptionGeneral Summary: Outpatient PRN DietitianUnder general supervision independently provides medical nutrition therapy via individual and/or group counseling to adult outpatients in a variety of settings, which may include general health/wellness, pre/post-bariatric surgery, CKD, pre/post-transplant, active oncology treatment and long-term survivorship. Independently performs the nutrition care process, including nutrition assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, and evaluation, specific to age and medical status.
