Registered Nurse-HUDVASH Outreach RN
The HUD/VASH Outreach RN is an active member of the team providing professional nursing clinical/healthcare assessment information in support of determining initial and ongoing appropriate housing placement of the Veterans in the program in a wide variety of settings, such as, but not limited to the clinic, the veteran's housing, transport vehicles and community based settings. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
