Accountabilities: Atlantic Medical Group AMG Nephrology is seeking full time Registered Nurse Telephone triage as appropriate and direct the patient to be evaluated in the office or manage their symptoms over the phone Maintain communication with the healthcare team in discussing the patients symptoms and appropriate management Document all telephone and face to face encounters in EPIC Manage all follow up calls from patients in regard to their symptoms, questions or any other patient needs Be available to caregivers to answer questions, address concerns, and provide support and refer to available resources Review and manage messages thru EPIC and phone throughout the business day
