Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Diabetes Specialty
As day in the life of a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner: Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care for patients with glandular and metabolic imbalances, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, and insulin medication changes. Perform patient histories, physical exams, and lab analysis to formulate treatment plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and health coaches to enhance patient outcomes. Support community engagement initiatives, patient management, referral tracking, and mobile clinic operations. Serve as an expert in diabetes disease management and prevention. Travel required to Lost Hills and Delano clinics and support the Mobile Clinic.
