Job DescriptionPlease see the job tasks below for the Transitional Care Clinic Medical Assistant Role: 1. Escorts patients to rooms, takes and records accurate history (if needed) and vitals in the appropriate medical record. Promptly reports changes or abnormalities to Physician/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.2. Assists Physician/Nurse/Practitioner/Physician Assistant with examinations, assists with procedures as requested. Perform venipuncture as needed.3. Cleans exam rooms and maintains equipment by proper cleaning and care per OSHA guidelines.
