Nutrition Instructor/Lecturer - Department of Health Sciences - University of Central Florida
The Department of Health Sciences in the College of Health Professions and Sciences (CHPS) at the University of Central Florida (UCF) invites applications for a 12-month, non-tenure earning, instructor or lecturer position. The preferred start date is Fall 2025, but it may be extended to Spring 2026. Candidates who are registered dietitian nutritionists (RDN) with expertise in human nutrition and dietetics and clinical experience in the nutritional management of chronic diseases and conditions are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate courses and potentially graduate courses while demonstrating high quality course delivery and student learning and engagement.
