Your Work Schedule (Full-Time):Â
~2 weeks/month alternating between primary and backup neonatologist rolesÂ
Primary neonatologistÂ
In-house daytime coverage (8 a.m. â“ 4 p.m.) of primary patients and supervision of half of NNP patientsÂ
At-home backup for in-house NNP overnightÂ
Attend high-risk deliveries (<27 weeks, major anomalies)Â
Backup neonatologistÂ
Short in-house rounding (8 a.m. â“ 11 a.m.) on primary patients and supervision of half of NNP patientsÂ
At-home availability for backup support of primary neonatologist emergenciesÂ
