Applications are invited for the Albert “Pete” Shepherd, PhD Distinguished Chair in Physiology Research. This endowed chair honors the legacy of Dr. Pete Shepherd, an innovator, entrepreneur, pioneer in physiology research and medical instrumentation, and a graduate of the UMMC Department of Physiology and Biophysics. Applicants will be considered for ranks of associate or full professor and must have a PhD or MD degree with appropriate postdoctoral research experience.
