Bereavement Specialist with Hospice
Additional Information About the RoleJoin the BJC Hospice team in providing bereavement support for families. You will support our north team in providing virtual, phone and home visits to follow up with families for 13 months. The position will also lead grief support groups and participate in Stepping Stones camp as well as various support groups throughout the year.
