Position SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Patient Education Specialist to join our Dialysis team. This role is role is to educate families who will manage peritoneal dialysis in their homes. The specialist will be responsible for conducting one-on-one education with patients and their families, including an initial two-week training period for each new patient. A unique aspect of this position involves visiting the patient’s home on the first night of dialysis to ensure comfort, safety, and proper technique.In addition to primary education responsibilities, the specialist lead incenter training sessions with hemodialysis families and contribute to the development of patient education plans, tools, and curriculum as the program ev
