The Veterans Affairs Portland Healthcare System, North Coast Healthcare Clinic in Astoria, OR, is seeking full-time board-certified/board-eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our Primary Care Health Team. The primary care provider will serve as a highly skilled, independent care provider in managing patients within an interdisciplinary care team, utilizing state-of-the-art medicine and advanced medical technologies. The Health Care Clinic operates under the PACT Model (Patient Aligned Care Team). The team, consisting of a PCP, RN, LPN, and a Medical Support Assistant, cares for a panel of approximately 1200 patients.
