Our team uses advanced technologies such as Swan- Gantz, Continuous Veno-Venus Hemofiltration/Dialysis (CVVH/D), and Nitric Oxide to treat: 1) Multisystem organ failure 2) Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome 3) Sepsis 4) Hematology/Oncology 4) GI Bleeds 5) Acute renal/liver failure 6) Acid-base and electrolyte imbalances 7) Diabetes Mellitus. Orientation is 6-8 weeks with a consistent preceptor and ACLS is required within 3 months of hire. CCRN certification is encouraged and financially rewarded.  &#xa0; CRITICAL CARE FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITY: &#xa0; N urses applying for this position will be eligible for enrollment in a 12 month fellowship program following the orientation period. The PCS works cooperatively with the Nurse Manager, administration, physicians, staff and customers of the M Health Fairview system to provide services and consistently meet and exceed expectations of the people we serve.
