Position SummaryPhoenix Children’s has an immediate need for a Certified Diabetes Educator to join our endocrinology unit. This position is full time, and offers 4/10 hour days, with some opportunity for remote work! This position will be primarily located at the Main campus (Thomas Rd/20th St) but will travel to the Scottsdale and East Valley satellite locations on a rotating basis, and on occasion to the Avondale location. Incumbent must have a current CDE (Clinical Diabetes Educator Certificate) OR Board Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management; must have either an AZ RN license, OR a certification as a Registered Dietitian.
