Atlantic Health System is seeking an experienced full-time Certified Medical Assistant for the Nephrology Department in Morristown, NJ part of Atlantic Medical Group.

Our entry level CMA offers start at $21.10 / hour and increase based upon experience.

Essential Job Functions:

• The Certified Medical Assistant will perform clinical functions such as managing patient flow, rooming patients, taking vital signs, patient intake, assisting with office procedures.
• Documenting in EMR, re-stocking and cleaning of exam rooms.
• The Certified Medical Assistant will also handle ordering supplies, triaging patient phone calls, and other duties typical of a physician practice.

Minimum Education:

• HS Diploma or GED required
• CMA certification through AAMA, NAHP, AMT, AMCA, NCCT, NCMA or NHA required

Relevant Experience:

• EMR experience desired (EPIC preferred)
