Atlantic Health System and CentraState is Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Great Opportunity in Central New Jersey
Two of New Jersey's leading healthcare organizations, CentraState Healthcare System, in partnership with Atlantic Health System are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the AMG Endocrinology team in Freehold New Jersey.
Responsibilities
As an Endocrine NP, you will have a crucial role in delivering specialized endocrine and diabetes care to adult patients aged 18 and above. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive endocrine and diabetes care to patients, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based practice. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, educate, and support patients in self-management of their conditions, and contribute to the growth and advancement of the Endocrine program through active participation in quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
Qualifications
- Graduated from accredited APN/PA program
- Master's degree required
- Must be a Certified Diabetes Counselor Education Specialist (CDCES)
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Minimum 3-5 years of Endocrinology experience preferred
- Must have excellent communication and computer skills
- Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
