Atlantic Health System is seeking a Part Time Medical Associate I for the Comprehensive Wound Care Center at Morristown Medical Center working 8:30am - 4:30pm, 22.5 hours per week.

Essential Job Function:

This position is across 3 departments (Wound Healing Center, Diabetes, and Geriatric Assessment Center -
all located at 435 South Street.)

• Greets patients and visitors
• Manages phones
• Schedules/confirms appointments
• Enters patient information and demographics
• Verifies insurance coverage, completes patients forms, and collect co-pays
• Balances cash
• Maintains schedule in Epic, processes pre-certs/authorizations and referrals and medical record releases
• Other duties as assigned

Education:

• High School Diploma

Minmum Exeperience Required:

• Experience with Word documents and entering data into Excel spreadsheets
• Epic experience is a plus
