54-bed, Level III NICU with an average daily census of 35â“40 patients.
Full spectrum of pediatric sub-specialty support including surgery, cardiology, neurology, and more.
NNPs are fully integrated into the care team and respected as clinical leaders.
Participate in high-risk deliveries, patient management, and quality improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams.
Attend high-risk deliveries and perform advanced procedures.
Contribute to clinical decision-making, family education, and care planning.
Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
