SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Food and Nutrition Department, provides medical nutrition therapy for patients to help achieve adequate nutritional status. This may include, but is not limited to, nutritional assessments to determine need for nutritional supplements or nutrition support and nutrition education to help achieve lifestyle changes/diet modifications. The Dietitian is also accountable for completing the following other tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Provide nutrition counseling to patients Patient populations include but are not limited to Diabetes, Gastrointestinal, Weight Management, and Pediatrics Provide patient care via telehealth and in person Collaborate with Diabetes Program Coordinator and Community Health and Wellness Dept. on classes,
